Lake Lowndes Arts & Craft Show

Saturday, Not Your Granny's Goodies set up a booth at the Lake Lowndes Arts & Craft Show. We had our usual assortment of goodies, and a few new additions, including Mini Turtle Cheesecake Bites and Eggnog Mini Cheesecake Bites.  We had several new customers, including Keri of Prairie Blossom Bee Farm. She's navigating the business of raising bees and harvesting honey, and we look forward to trying her merchandise in the spring! She snapped a few photos of us, which is good because with all the work we were doing, we didn't get to take as many this time.

We had so much fun selling our goodies to the people who came by the booth, and we enjoyed checking out the other vendors' wares, too. There were handmade gift items from jewlry to candles to hairbows. I (again) couldn't resist a tiny baby girl bow for my little girl, and Destiny and I both spoiled the littles with fancy holiday-themed bibs from a booth directly across from ours. As Keri said in her post linking our blog, buying local is a great way to support your friends and neighbors while showing others you care enough to gift them. Check out a craft show or farmer's market in your area!
